To carry out the demand on the printing system we have to try to standardize the characteristics of the printed files on the following configurations:
This way we communicate the kind of paper to use, the size and the binding. We have also to indicate if flaps are needed on the book.
If you need flaps, you must add an "S" to the desired configuration, eg "CONFIG 3S", in this case we know that the book format is 17 * 24, and is printed on offset paper 90 grams, with cover flaps.
The general printing characteristics are also the following:
a) The covers are always coated with plastic with brightness and printed in color. In graphic card 300 grs.
b) The impression of the interior of the book is in Black and White.
c) The 90 grs. Offset paper is chlorine-free white paper.
d) The paper Offset bone color is made of Eucalyptus, matt surface and high opacity.
e) Coated papers are made from chemical pulp multilayer.
f) All papers used are certified with PEFC warehouse and FSC manufacturing Certifications, in order to comply with quality standards in environmental protection.
Printing Types:
When books need covers with flaps a supplement of € 0.50 will be included to the total price of the book.
